Where are your instruments made?
JYR instruments are all handemade in our own workshop based in China.

Will my instrument arrive setup with case?

This is the most asked question.

Yes, it will arrive setup and packed with cases.
Violins,Violas,Cellos And its bows will arrive setup and packed with hard cases.
If you prefer set up by yourself, just leave a note when you place the order, we will take care of it.

Do you ship worldwide?How long does shipping take?How much is shipping?

Yes, we ship it worldwide freely.

Euopean countries,U.S, Canada,Australia,New Zealand ect will take 7-9 working days.

Taiwan,Hongkong,Macau,Singapore Korea,Japan will take 3-5 working days.

Asian countries like Thailand,Vietnam,UAE,Israel,Kuwait,Oman,Qatar,Saudi Arabia ect will take 4-7 working days.
(Import duties, taxes, and customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer).

Which shipping method will you use?

Violins,violas and bows we will ship it by FedEx,DHL,UPS casually.

Cellos we will ship it by CHINA POST/Sea/Express.

Pls note: Customized goods lead time depends on specific situation,but we will email and notify with you the final lead time after order confirmed.

Are your instruments guaranteed/warrantied?

Yes,we have always guaranteed our instruments free from defects in workmanship and materials with limited lifetime warranty.If your instrument has a defect or damage due to faulty workmanship or materials immediately contact us so we can start the process of repairing or replacing it for you.
