Shipping policy

All of the orders are free shipping and would be shipped from our factory directly.

Violins,violas and bows will ship by DHL,FedEx,SF express randomly.

Cellos will ship it by CHINA POST/Express/Sea.（if you designated courier,pls leave it note in advance.)

Delivery time:3-20 business days,but depends on the destination.

Euopean countries,U.S, Australia,New Zealand ect will take 7-9 working days.

Singapore,Taiwan,Hongkong,Korea,Japan ect will take 4-7 working days.

Pls note: Customized goods lead time depends on specific situation,but we will email and notify with you the final lead time after order confirmed.

Some international orders may also require customs, duties, or import charges. The recipient of international shipments may be subject to such import taxes/customs duties and fees, which are charged once a shipment arrives in the receiving country.
